Committed to her personal development

Anne is a busy professional executive coach who periodically takes time out to nourish, re-energise and to challenge herself. She invests in at least 80 hours a year of training for herself in order to bring the best practices and the latest approaches to her coaching.

As she believes she herself is her first client, she takes part in a group supervision process as well as ad hoc individual sessions with a supervisor.

She has been a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation since 2003 and an associate member of the French Society of Coaching since 2002.

Anne has a strong sense of ethics and complies with the core competencies of the ICF.

As she believes in the professionnalisation of the profession, Anne is also an ICF assessor for the accreditation process.
