Since I became an active coach in 1999, I always have had a supervisor. My experiences as a supervisee have definitely enhanced my skills, maintained my standards and challenged me in my coaching development.
My focus as a coaching supervisor is on the relationships between the coach, the coachee and the corporate context. My ”posture” of keeping a distance from the situation, together with my professional supervision skills, allow me to offer meaningful observations in an elegant and respectful way.
Operating myself as a coach at an international level enables me to perceive the coach and their clients in the wider context of their corporate and corporate cultures.
I run an individual supervision/mentor coaching program, comprising of 6 sessions, which will take your coaching to a new level of competencies and sophisticated skills.
Working with you one to one will:
- Gives you a reflective space on your coaching practice
- Allow you to talk through your difficult clients so that you can enhance your client’s success
- Reassure you and /or maintain your coaching skills
- Provide a quality assurance label for your clients by maintaining professional and ethical standards
- Allow you to re energize yourself
- Raise awareness of possible blind spots
- Allow you to collapse, hesitate and structure your thoughts
